Here at Spotter we believe that timely support is super important, and we want to give you all the resources we can so you do not need to go out of your way to contact us. You have obviously found our Help Center where you can explore articles that try to answer any questions you may have without you needing to wait for a response.

That being said, we know there are instances where further support, from a human, is completely necessary. This is why we have a dedicated Member Experience team eager to answer any specific inquiries you may have. If that is the case, we invite you to start a conversation in our chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the screen. A member of our team will be in touch via email within a day or so.
