If you are experiencing any issues with Spotter Studio, we recommend a few quick troubleshooting steps you can try on your own to see if it makes any difference.
Log out of your Studio account (Click your profile bubble in the top right corner, then click “Log out” at the bottom of that menu)
Clear your browser’s cache/history
Revisit Spotter Studio and log back in
*It may also be worth it to check your network connection
