A: It means Spotter Studio will no longer be publicly accessible after October 31stand members will no longer be charged for their subscription. You’ll have a window of time to download your projects and chat history before the Spotter Studio winds down publicly.
Q: Can I still log into Spotter Studio?
A: Yes, until October 31st. You’ll be able to access your projects and your chats. You can download your project and chat information at the bottom left hand corner near your profile picture.

A: You will have the ability to download your data (Projects and Chats). You can download your project and chat information at the bottom left hand corner near your profile picture.
Projects are exported as a CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers, while chats are downloaded as a ZIP file containing one Markdown (.md) file per chat that can be viewed in any text editor or Markdown viewer. For example, you can upload the MD file to ChatGPT and ask ChatGPT to render the file. Downloading chats can take a few minutes to process.

A: Absolutely. We intend to provide you a prorated refund, meaning you’ll receive money back for the unused portion of your current subscription. For example, if you were billed on October 10 and Spotter Studio shuts down on October 31, you’ll receive a refund for the unused 10 days equaling approximately $15–$20, depending on your billing cycle.
For Annual Members at a Discount ($99/year):
Refunds will be calculated by the number of days remaining in your annual plan at the time of shutdown. For example, if you have 100 days left, you’ll receive roughly 100/365 × $99 = about $27.
