To activate a membership to Spotter Studio, you and your YouTube channel must meet the following requirements:

You have the necessary Google permissions to authorize a YouTube channel.

Your YouTube channel has at least one video that is 60 seconds or longer.

Your YouTube channel's content is exclusively in English language.

You primarily reside in, and have a payment method from, one of the following regions: the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, or Australia.
