Can I change the primary owner on my account?

You can change the primary owner of your account, but to do so, we kindly ask that you send us an email to [email protected] with the current account owner information, and the information you would like to change it to. For security purposes, we will only be able to change it if the request is submitted by the original owner, and the new owner is CC’d on the request.

The new primary owner must also already be a team member of the channel they are attempting to take over.
