What is the refund policy?

For memberships paid for on a monthly cadence, we do not provide refunds for unused or unwanted time. Upon cancelation, you will have access to all of the Spotter Studio offerings until the end of the term you have paid for. For example, if you cancel your membership 15 days after you pay, you will still have 15 more days of premium access.

Yearly memberships operate the exact same way upon cancelation, but we are able to offer refunds in special circumstances on this type of subscription. If you want to cancel an annual membership with immediate affect, please reach out to [email protected] for refund eligibility.
